GENERAL
Yes. Every Butter Republic bracelet is made by hand in our Texas studio. Each piece
reflects the care and detail that comes with small-batch craftsmanship.
Very close, but not identical. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in wrapping, tension, and finish are natural. We consider this part of the charm of what makes each bracelet feel personal and collectible.
Many of our materials are sourced in limited quantities. Once a ribbon or color is gone, it may not return. We design with this in mind, so each release feels intentional and special.
But we would love to know what you're missing, and we'll try our best to get it back in stock for you. You can reach out to us here.
We design for feeling and spirit rather than exact color matching. While many pieces are inspired by collegiate palettes, slight variations may occur, due to dye lots and sourcing.
For special requests or larger orders, please reach out through our Contact page. We are happy to consider custom opportunities when possible.
Billing & Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Wallet, and Shop Pay.
Once we have received and processed the returned item, refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping on all our products.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and location, but most domestic orders arrive within 2-5 days after processing; international orders typically take 7-10 days from the time we ship. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
This is uncommon; but in the rare case of a missing order ....
- If it has been more than 2 weeks since your order was shipped, please reach out to us at hello@butterrepublic.com.
- If the tracking number indicates your order was delivered, check the location where it was delivered (i.e. mailbox, parcel locker, front door, neighbor, etc.).
- During holidays/peak seasons, be aware that USPS may mark a package as delivered a day before it actually arrives. If your order does not arrive within 24 hours, reach out to us.
In most cases, we cannot cancel or change an order once it's been placed, as processing begins almost immediately. Please reach out to hello@butterrepublic.com and we'll do our best to help.
- We do not ship on weekends or on U.S. holidays.
- Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and rural areas may require additional transit time.
Returns & Exchanges
As long as your bracelet is unworn and in original condition, we’ll take it back (no problem!) within 30 days of delivery.
Custom orders are final sale.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily
replace it or issue a refund.
