We encourage retailers to maintain strong margins by using keystone pricing (double the wholesale cost) as the standard retail price. You may run sales or markdowns at your discretion after the initial period. Seasonal items may have shorter windows.

Order Processing & Lead Times
Orders typically take 10–12 business days to process once payment is received. Timelines can vary based on material availability, seasonal demand, and current volume. We will always communicate transparently about your order status.
- Orders ship from our Texas studio. Orders in the Greater Houston area will be delivered by Butter Republic. For orders outside of Houston, purchasing store pays shipping costs (we ship via USPS or UPS).
- We work with reliable carriers; tracking provided.
- We do not hold large inventory. Most pieces are made to order for your shop, ensuring freshly crafted quality and exclusivity.
- Rigorous attention to detail in every piece.
- We stand behind our work: Contact us within 15 days of delivery if there’s a production error. We want you 100% satisfied.
- Selective partnership: We choose partners who align with our values of quality and customer experience.
Returns: Produced specifically for your shop, so we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of our error. Please inspect orders upon receipt.
